Paul Mahoney: Yes, I think it’s a bit of buyer beware in some cases with property angel type arrangement. There’s a lot of people out there promising to allow you to buy property with no deposits and a lot of these property meetings and things. In a lot of cases, almost all cases people are in a property to make money. So you need to be a little bit careful where you’re being promised an arrangement that doesn’t really stack up or seems too good to be true.
