Hiring for Nova Financial’s Advisor Program has now commenced. Successful candidates will have the unique opportunity to learn all aspects of becoming a solution focused Client Advisor, within a vibrant and dynamic team. Candidates will have a hard work ethic and bring enthusiasm to the firm and our clients, introducing new ideas and the latest thinking from their University education or recent work experience to the business.

If successful through the interview process, you will start on the 3-month training program in our offices in Central London. During this time, you will learn all aspects of being an advisor. You will learn how to generate business for yourself and for the firm. If successful through the training program you will become a fully qualified Advisor. You may then complete further external education to develop your skills further.

Key responsibilities and accountability:

• Maintain a high level of professionalism
• Build a client base through both excellent verbal and written communication
• Meeting clients face to face, and gain an understanding of their goals and financial objectives
• Maintain and develop our existing and new client base
• Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information
• Carry out market research
• Attend training and develop relevant market knowledge & skills
• Meet KPIs as set by management
• Generate client referrals where possible
• Obtain FCA approval, as an advisor then as a Mortgage advisor
